Before you apply
What to know and prepare
A quick orientation — who can apply, how the short form works, and what to have ready.
Who can apply
Each call sets its own rules. In general, to apply you should be able to say yes to the points below — the portal confirms what you are eligible for once you sign in.
- You are a registered UCC student with an active programme.
- You meet the call's requirements — study mode, department, and a minimum CGPA may apply.
- You hold no other active application for the same academic year.
- You can speak to your financial need and have your supporting documents ready.
Whether a specific call fits you depends on your university record. Sign in to see the calls open to you.
How it works
The application takes about ten minutes. You can stop and come back — your answers are saved as you go.
- 1 Confirm your details from the university record.
- 2 Tell us about yourself and your family or financial background.
- 3 Say what support you need this year.
- 4 Write a short personal statement.
- 5 Add a referee and your supporting documents.
- 6 Review, accept the declaration, and submit.
