STUDENT ENGAGEMENT – UCC SCHOLARSHIP FOR NEEDY BUT BRILLIANT STUDENTS (2025/2026 ACADEMIC YEAR)
To support students applying for the UCC Scholarship for Needy but Brilliant Students (2025/2026), the Students’ Financial Support Office carried out a two-part engagement: media and hall outreach. First, two ATL FM interviews—on June 14 and 16—provided details on eligibility, required documents, and common application mistakes. The second session allowed for live student questions and further clarification. On June 21, the Office visited five halls of residence: Valco (Ms. Esther Azzu), SRC and Superannuation (Mr. Andy Kwarteng), and Atlantic and Adehye (Miss Queenster Kwakyewaa). These sessions involved Q&As, step-by-step portal walkthroughs, document guidance, and on-the-spot help for students who had started applying. The engagement ensured students received accurate, practical information and direct support.
