Students’ Financial Support Committee Member Appointed As Registrar

Mr. Gideon Enoch Abbeyquaye (Esq), the Director of Academic Affairs has been a member of the Students’ Financial Support Committee (SFSC) since the establishment of the Students’ Financial Support Office in 2020. He worked with committee members to:

  • Review the proposed criteria for accessing bursaries and scholarships.
  • Determine bursaries and scholarship packages for eligible applicants.
  • Coordinate and monitor all financial support to students from both internal and external sources.
  • Create awareness of available bursaries and scholarship opportunities.
  • Publish required consumer information concerning financial assistance such as, application requirement, eligibility criteria, award procedures, deadlines, and other pertinent information.
  • Establish essential policies and automated processes to support the award of financial assistance in a timely manner.
  • Create work-study opportunity for students.
  • Submit quarterly report of the activities of the Office through Finance Committee to Council.
