Words cannot explain how I felt that day. This scholarship was the only option I had. I immediately screamed with joy when I got the message. I couldn't stop viewing the message. All I had to say was thank you Jesus because all hope was lost. I want to use this opportunity to thank Stufso for their support for poor but brilliant students. I encourage everyone having problems with the payment of fees but the aim of making it in the future to apply for the scholarship.

I remember on 6th December 2021, I was lying on my bed, it was Saturday morning and I was praying for God to manifest Himself in my life particularly my education because I had no hope of how I will get money to pay for the next academic year. As I was praying, I saw a notification so I paused to check and lo and behold, I received a message of congratulations from UCC. StufSO of being awarded the wonderful scholarship. I just shouted " Thank you Jesus", I gave thanks to God and quickly, I run to tell my mom. We all became very happy.

When we say a father to the fatherless, I can boldly say it is the UCC financial support office. A friend born in times of distress, words can not express my heartfelt appreciation for being a beneficiary, I was so overwhelmed when I received the email about being awarded in fact I could not sleep. May God continue to shower his blessing and touch other organizations to support their good intentions for their students. As a beneficiary, I urge every student who is brilliant but needy to tap into this opportunity. I am willing to contribute to this office in the near future.

For me, it was a great step of faith to use my savings to pay for my admission and tuition fees to enter the university. I literally had no idea how I was gonna settle for my fees for the subsequent years. It was a great relief when I heard that a student support office has been established and that I could be awarded a scholarship. After I finally got awarded the scholarship, I was happy, very encouraged and more focused to achieve greater heights. The student support office is great initiation and a blessing to me and my other awardees I believe. Thank you STUFSO.

I will say I least expected it, I was surprised to see that I was awarded the scholarship, for a moment I couldn't talk and I couldn't express my joy. But one thought that kept "ringing in my mind was some burden had been lifted from dad and gradually you are getting there". Then I couldn't control my Joy, I started screaming. This scholarship was my all and I thank God I had it. Thank you UCC for such an opportunity.
